Adult Beginner Ballet: An hour long class designed to introduce the adult dancer (novice or experienced) to experience the art, tradition and benefits of classical ballet. This Ballet class will strengthen your entire body, improves flexibility, balance and posture, reduces stress, all while teaching you to move gracefully to beautiful music. ($40/five week session) no dress code, just comfortable clothes to move in!

Michele, RYS 200 & M.Div, trained in a vinyasa-style yoga at Yellow Tree Yoga. She teaches private yoga sessions at Mind Body Health Associates, a mental health and stress management center in Findlay, Ohio as well as Simple Gifts Dance.
You can expect an easy-to-moderate flow, with postures welcoming to most body types and accommodations readily available for all. Even if you join us and rest on your mat to breathe with intention, it is a worthwhile practice!
When you join for a practice, wear comfortable clothing that permits easy movement. Consider only a light snack within an hour before practicing, as opposed to a heavy meal. You are welcome to bring a bottle of water and your own mat; if you don’t have a mat, a few are available to borrow or for purchase. At your first visit, you will be asked to fill out a release form.
