Welcome to our Pre-Pointe class page. Every 2 weeks at class we will be learning exercises to help strengthen our feet and bodies to prepare for pointe work. This page will provide downloads and links to help you work on the exercises at home. Remember the more consistently you do the exercises the stronger your feet and body will become, with the hope you will be able to eventually, after time and practice, dance en pointe.
1st Week: the Tripod Foot & Calf Stretches
Tripod: 10 times, for 10 seconds
Calf Stretches: 3 times, 30 seconds
